In June, Holly had a really, really bad asthma attack. It was her first and hopefully last her. The friend took her with him, as there is less in place in order to aggravate their lungs. I went to visit them today to go to find jobs and we have a new dish especially for her canned food. Because she is totally spoiled, as they rightly should be.
About one out of 15 people asthma, a chronic disease whose symptoms are attacks of wheezing, breathlessness, chest tightness and coughing. There is no cure for asthma, but most people can control the disease and a normal, active life.
Several things set from asthma attacks in different people. The smoke from cigarettes or fire, air pollution, cold air, pollen, animals, house dust, mold, strong odors such as perfume or bus exhaust, wood dust, exercise, industrial chemicals -. All can trigger an attack
Asthma can not be cured, but most people with asthma can control it, so that they have few and infrequent symptoms and to live actively.
Asthma attacks are not all equal, some are worse than others. In a severe asthma attack, the airways can so much that not enough oxygen to vital organs is approaching. This condition is a medical emergency. People can die from severe asthma attacks.
Taking care of your asthma is an important part of your life. Controlling it means to cooperate closely with your doctor to learn what to do to stay away from things to take care of the airways, taking medicines as directed by your doctor and monitoring your asthma so you can react quickly to be signs of an attack. Asthma symptoms
• wheezing
• shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
• Cough, either day or night, but often worse at night and with exercise and activity
• chest pain or tightness in the chest
• take your child’s usual or expected peak flow or poor performance on pulmonary function tests
Prevent an asthma attack
House dust may often through the use of bare soil, vacuuming, and changing furnace and air cooler filters are often reduced. You should avoid, feathers, wool or foam mattresses. Use polyester pillows and plastic covers over your mattress.
